General Manager of Customer Rights Protection Department

Mr. Ding has been the general manager of our customer rights protection department since April 2020.

Mr. Ding joined us in February 2015 and has successively served as a senior expert and researcher in our intelligent operations center until March 2020. Prior to joining us, Mr. Ding worked at Microsoft Corporation for 15 years and has extensive service management experience. Mr. Ding obtained a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University in July 1999 and an MBA degree from BI Norwegian Business School and School of Management, Fudan University in December 2010.
